  • Daily turnout 
  • Fully matted 11X14 stalls
  • Individual turnout or with a buddy
  • Horses feet picked daily
  • Horses hosed off when muddy
  • Stalls cleaned daily 
  • Water Buckets dumped and scrubbed daily
  • Feed buckets scrubbed daily
  • unlimited 1st cutting timothy/grass hay fed 
  • Grained twice a day, grain of your choice, standard safe choice pellets fed unless specified otherwise
  • Shavings added as needed
  • Wood and electric fencing 
  • Large outdoor arena 
  • Large indoor arena 
  • Wash stall 
  • Hot water in the barn 
  • Large tack room
  • Blankets changed weather permitting 
  • Ring watered and dragged as needed
  • Vet of your choice or farrier and vet appointments scheduled when needed
  • UTD Shots and current coggins required 
  • Catering to you and your horse

Lessons

 We offer referral discounts for lessons!

Private lessons: 
  • $25/Lesson for 30-45 minutes
  • Options available for trailering your horse in for lessons or training 
  • $100 for 4 lessons package also available
